Jerry has had an exciting business career, with over thirty five years of experience. Starting off as a golf Caddy at age 11, he soon became a Caddy Master at age 13, where he was responsible for 30 caddies. Smith than graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management. After college Smith than joined The Hilton Hotel Corporation in Chicago and Boston, as the youngest Director of Food and Beverage Operations in the country. Jerry than joined The Marriott Hotel Corporation in Washington DC., Pittsburgh, and Houston, where he again became the youngest Director of Sales/Marketing in the country. Going forward Jerry was the Director of Sales/Marketing for The American Club, five diamond resort, and General Manager of four hotels with as many as 400 Team Members at the largest property.
Smith than became involved in the Convenience Store Industry, where he became the General Manager of Express Convenience Centers a division of the (U.S. VENTURES CO.,INC., a privately held Fortune 500 Company). Smith was responsible for the operations of 22 convenience stores. Smith and his team, had the best profit years in the chains 25+ years existence. Making profits for Smith has always been easy through his "back to basics" business approach. He's known as The "Profit Rainmaker".
